Bryan, Thank you very much for all your help. I would like everyone to know, how fantastically you handled the sell of our old home and the absolutely fantastic job you did helping us to acquire our brand new house. I would also like everyone to know that all the sells agent’s selling the Pierce made by Calatlantic said ” Mr Sheehan your budget is way to low for that house especially with the roof top deck.”. Bryan, my wife and I got together and we let Bryan take the lead.! Let me tell all who are reading this letter from an ugly old man.! Bryan not only got us the house we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted but he also had them throw in pavers for our driveway. In closing Bryan is the only salesperson I would trust besides myself… He is now a family friend.!
